I’d suggest the following item:

rubber body (ala Dutch)

1st jacket to be the canvas grey, studded jacket.

2nd jacket, leather jacket

t shirt and cargo pants and boots

first head clean sculpt

second head battle damage.

Lighting up eye option on the battle damage would be a plus, but not necessary.

And also a T2 Arnie, but I’m leaning towards the one from 1st movie more.

I want a Blair Williams more than anything on that list. Sideshow already did a T-800 from T2, and it had it’s drawbacks(especially compared to a Hot Toys figure) but these four choices are poor imo. All except the Kyle Reese have been done and if you’re going to make a Kyle Reese I’d prefer a new Michael Biehn(Terminator 1) version.

the t2 dx would be the best thing you guys could do as far as past terminator movies. a terminator combo with the the outfits from both t1 and t2 and the appropriate heads from both would just rock more than anything terminator that i can think of (besides the marcus endoskeleton, which lets say ill challenge you to do but dont really expect:) but basically mms dx arnold terminator of whatever arrangement your wild minds would come up with would be my pick… if i had one:) you guys are totally awesome! thanks for any and everything!

Although the T2 T-800 is so far winning by some distance, it seems many of the people who want T2 figures would also buy figures from The Terminator. Please seek likeness permissions from at least Arnold and Michael Biehn for this particular film!

Suggestions:

-new Arnold NON-RUBBER muscle body similar in principle to new Wolverine body - maintain articulation aswell as appearance
-make them DX figures if you cannot justify everything we would want in just an MMS

unless you’re planning to display your Terminator naked (which would be ugly even with a rubber muscle body) it shouldn’t matter about joints. A rubber bodied Terminator would have very limited poseability, not to mention durability issues.

I love to see everything from T-2, that was Terminator at the highest point. Sarah Conner in military look, John Conner teen version, T-100 with liquid metal part that made out of metal. T-800 with light and Arnold’s face. The base of the figure should have a voice activation saying “see you later, baby.” in Spanish he he…(can someone translate, please?)

yes i understand your point andrew i just meant the wrist joints will clearly be visible if he has his coat off on display unit like the scene in T2 were he rips off his skin off his arm. what they did with the hellboy body sculpt looked incredibly realistic. i just saw the wolverine and didnt like the fact there were ball joints visibly everywere spoiled the figure in my opinion.

YES!! Completely agree. As I mentioned further up the page, there is no benefit for a rubber body on the T800.

PLEASE use a plastic jointed ‘Wolerine-esque’ type body HT…and PLEASE make a T1000!

RE: Rubber Muscle body versus possible New Arnold-type plastic body

I understand where the rubber muscle body is necessary - Dutch from Predator really needed it because he appears almost naked on top for much of that film so people would want to display the figure that way too. The rubber muscle body meant fewer visible joints. OK.

However, for the most part, the Terminator is fully clothed and most people will display him so. I know there were scenes where he takes off his jacket however relatively fewer people will want to display their Terminators this way. Instead the majority of owners will have him in his biker jacket aiming the shotgun or firing two handed as he strides towards the T-1000 (or KYLE REESE - hint hint T1!!). A rubber muscle body would really hurt the figure’s ability to strike these important poses.

For me, it should be a new plastic muscle body especially for an Arnold Schwarzennegger figure.

Lastly, and this is key - Hot Toys please make figures from The Terminator aswell! Most people here would have voted for that one too if they could have.

I know most people here are sticking with the obious but I would like the Arnold from terminator salvation with battle damage. All he would need is some pants to cover him self below. The rest could be cuts showing the endo. That would look awesome with the final battle john conor.

My first want is figures from the original film since, as the above poster said, T2 has been and is being covered by loads of companies - NECA just made 2 excellent lower-end T-800s from T2 in scale with Hot Toys figures plus a series of 7 inch sized figures. However, as its obvious by now that T2 has this poll won I will say YES TO THE 1/6th HARLEY MOTORCYCLE!! Make that and I will definitely buy at least 2 T-800s, one to ride the bike and one to be posed standing with shotgun.

Please make another T-800 endoskeleton, like the original HOT TOYS T-800, but shinier and more reflective like real metal, possibly using the PERS system in conjuction with it having light-up eyes. That to me would be the best Terminator figure anyone could ever make. It is my dream to own such a figure and, if reasonably priced, I may be enticed to buy 2 or even 3. Endoskeletons are the best part of terminator, please continue to make them!

I really hope hot toys makes a T 800 arnold from terminator 2 and also battle damaged one from the scene when he almost gets killed by the t 1000. I bought a hot toys’ dutch figure from predator and it is amazing and i also have the bank robber joker. hot toys u rock and have never let me down. PLEASE MAKE A T 800 ARNOLD FIGURE AND IF POSSIBLE A BATTLE DAMAGE VERSION.

i hope that hot toys can makes battle damage version of t-800 arnold from t2 with all the weapon and he bike……

enough of arnold too many already, but a cool new REESE from the 1984 featuring a new sculpt of MICHAEL BIEHN. THAT WOULD BE NICE WITH IS SHOTGUN, PAIR OF NIKE.it will be a real kick ass.

gonna sound strange here…..and i agree a TX series endo would be awesome or even a Marcus endo……but….what about Cameron or John Henry terminators from SCC? no one else has those period!

Please issue the Terminator T800 (T1) in DX version : Both normal and damaged head sculpt; M65 Canvas grey jacket with chains and the classic biker leather jacket. The whole body, include the legs prefer make in rubber with muscle. (P.S. the normal head sculpt also have 2 hair style: 1st is normal, 2nd is burned)

Everybody has already said what they want. I am not faraway from them. Hottoys just to echoe their voice, please do make the Arnold T2 both damaged and non damaged version. It would also be cool to create his femme fatale nemesis in Terminator 3 movie.

Best mold from the Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines please do make T850 Battle and non damaged version. Also the beautiful Kristana Loken Terminatrix or Tx version both in robot and human head.

T-800 from T2. With normal and battle damaged heads. And an interesting notion- Do the rubber muscle skin, over an Endoskeleton arm. Make it removable.

Any chance you guys will pick up Smallville? I’d love to see a detailed Clark Kent in his red jacket, and possibly Green arrow! You are the guys for it, amazing detail goes into your figures. Hot Toys are number one!
Oh and any T-800 ANRIE FIGURE WOULD BE AWESOME!!

A schwarzenneger´s terminator is in my opinion , the best choice that hot toy could take it, I wish the first terminator ( it´s historical!) but T2 is good to me, I wish, you make a re edition of the endoskeleton and a Sara Connors too.

any chance your guys will be making a mototerminator or even HKs? after all we got a hydrobot with the new john connor figure coming why not a 1/6 th scale on them im sure many will agree with me

Please make Blair Williams with REAL HAIR just like Silken Floss and Silk Spectre II figures. She would make a great display with my John Connor, my TWO Marcus Wrights (!!!) my TWO (!!!) T-600’s and my T-700. A Kyle Reese would be cool, too, but I want a Blair Williams more. You guys are #1 !!!

hey hot toys! not to be excessively kissing your ass or anything but i just got your t-600 base figure and your marcus wright figure simultaneously and it was like christmas morning!!! your work is getting better and better!!! the arms and head sculpts on marcus were superior! the articulation in the arms were incredible and very workable, anyway i did have one slight adjustment i would make if i could send the head back and have you repaint it, i would have you make the battle damaged head be more burnt looking like the newer prototype pics as opposed to the bloodier looking final copy that was distributed. again thats the only thing and that i wish he had a battle damaged left hand but the rest is just awesome! the T-600 is just incredible and more articulated than i could have imagined.

when it comes to the next terminator in line… i cant wait to see the ultimate arnold T-800 maybe a dx with 2-3 heads, 2 jackets, rose box, 3-4 big guns, some of that articulated battle damaged limb thing you got goin on and people will go CRAZY!!! i know i will:) sell it for 200? trust me, it’ll be worth it:) oh and please god make a cameron eventually:)
