    Blade will be a welcome addition to the Marvel action figure collection. As many of us are eagerly anticipating the up coming Thor, Captain America and the Avengers epic movies, how about producing these figures? Captain America will be undoubtedly the most anticipated movie premiering on the silver screens since Spiderman. So how about it, Hot Toys? Give us Thor and Captain America.

    hey “the rebel”, you gotta know hot toys has a plan right? do you think they are just gonna never make you happy? it seams spider-mans rights are currently with med***m and hulk, well, they probably just want to do it right, thats a totally different size and body type than anything they’ve put out so far, gonna take some time buddy they gotta start from scratch on that one, but i dont think they’ll forget about ya. anyhow, im FRIGGIN STOKED! BLADE IS ONE BAD MO FO! and nomack with some interchangeable mandibles (the first time around, please don’t wait for some special edition) and that’ll be totally awesome! cant wait to have a blade that actually looks good, not like his med***m counterpart, that looks like SH*T! THANKS HOT TOYS! YOU GUYS ROCK!

    god, what was i thinking, YES PLEASE MAKE SEPERATE HEADS FOR NOMACK, like johnny utah stated earlier. thats the way to go. i understand with predators that that would be the way to go just due to there complicated heads, plus it’s just not easy to take a pred head off and i wouldn’t want to change the whole head every time i wanted the mouth open. but with nomack, two heads im sure was your plan already. thanks hot toys, this is good news to me!!!!

    Just seen the initial pics on OSW - my GOD that’s a good headsculpt. This is a pre-order for sure. Awesome. Even if you never follow up (and we all know how you guys roll with that *cough* Jim Gordon *cough* this guy will rock as a stand-alone.

    Oh man!!! I voted several times for Blade!!! : D

    Blade is an excelent Action Figure and I think the good point should be create a Blade with a great muscled body as Chris Redfield, due the first one created for same Blade II owned by Marvel figures was really great head sculpted …it was really Wesley!… so I think is a great new commitment to create a new high level action figure to be the best one for fans!!! ; )

    Maybe worth to know some advance if you have in mind to work on one of the Blood Pack!!! : )

    Reinhardt, Nyssa and why not Santiago Segura!! The great spanish crack!!! ; ) hahaha!

    I agree with Wesger! Seems like Wesley is not as accuarte than the figure I mentioned … oh please you should souble check that headscuplt and review it …

    My suggestion (if it means something :) ) is that if first figure created was really accurate headsculpted and the bad part was the body and other guns details … why not create a great deluxe action figure with great muscled body, articulated and with two heads (one with normal expresion and the other showing his teeth?

    Ok anyway … maybe if you cannot do so much for Wesley … at least create a great Nyssa figure please!

    Another wish for me should be due you have so many great headscupting from Christian Bale why not create a figure from Equilibrium film? or think about Milla Jovovich and Ultraviolet ; )

    Anyway I like so much the way your are managing all collections!!!

    About time Hot Toys! All the people asking for Hulks or Spidermans - god, how boring are they. The Blade character has more scope for detail (weapons, headscupts etc) than a stupid spiderman or hulk.

    How about some of the 2000AD characters Hot Toys? Judge Dredd would be awesome!

    Blade looks good, but his face needs to be narrower, his lips should be a bit fuller, he needs heavier upper eyelids, and his skin should be darker.

    OH MY GOD!!!!! HOT TOYS……. You totally screw up BLADE this time!! Not a single likeness to the Wesley Snipes, even the body type was not accurate. What a dissapointment!! I was so looking forward to this Blade figure. Now my hope is totally blew…
    You guys did not get the right body type for Wolverine, now this… sorry, i am just too dissapointed….

    I agree with, Ralpher (Georgia,USA), This figure as it is now is not what Mr Snipes looked like in this Movie, His face is narrower– and he is more muscluar. I love the idea of this project, but as the figure is now, Blade looks like a chubby kid!–do it right, and every body and their momma will want one. And maybe Marvel will make Blade IV( without the suck characters of Blade III such as Abigail Whistler, and Hannibal King–this was the worst of the three and killed the the franchise!).

    well i was just thinkin’ that for a rough draft of this character it looks unbelievable!!! you guys always make it look even better by the time it comes out so i don’t have anything to gripe about:) and as for the people that claim his face should be narrower?… not quite sure what they are talkin about at first look it almost looked too narrow to begin with, so im really kinda confused (Ralpher) i’ll have to watch it again but he certainly doesn’t look like a chubby kid?!?! i’m really unsure as to why some people live just to complain about every thing that comes out, like they can do it better or somethin’? sorry guys but i just don’t get it, what will it take to get you to stop??? and just appreciate anything for what it is. all figures throughout the history of making toys have never been near as close to the actual character as hot toys does it now a days, and even they have drastically improved there sculpting (and painting) since mms 01, and i just really don’t get why you all are still complaining?!?!?!? they cant go grab a 2 dimensional image, run a 3d laser around it, shrink it down and put it on a 12″ figure body!!! so they do the next best thing… get the most amazing 1/6 sculptors in the world and put em to work:) anyway, i thank you Hot Toys! you are the best!!!

    p.s. guys, im not trying to take your opinions away, i just wish you didn’t have to complain so damn much, it seams you cannot be pleased no matter what they do. just be happy that figures don’t look how they did even 10 years ago:) have a nice day!!

    The commit about this prototype’s face has been made multiple times through out these post–maybe there is something to it? Hot Toys is the best at what they do–and what they do is very Pretty! You as a consumer should want the best there is–This protoype is not it. No one should “settle for what they can get” This breeds mediocrity–we already have this. You don’t believe me then go to Walmart and see. We are all here because Hot Toys does not “just settle” for what we will take”. Because we will take a lot of stuff. Hot Toys is here because they make a precision and accurate product–I don’t want them to stop now.

    I’m disappionted. Why not create great characters that we want; the HULK, SPIDERMAN, CAPTAIN AMERICA, THOR, or, reproduce BATMAN original custom DX? I would love another chance to add to my Hot Toys collection with a BATMAN original custom DX version. Come on Hot Toys give us action figures we want. The economy is getting bad. Continue to give us great designs and articulations but never mind about the box. Keep the box reduce the cost by $40 so you don’t have to waste cost on designing a box that I can’t display. It just goes in my closet.

    I bought the blade character that was produced by marvel studios a few years back- and the likeness was dead on!!! They said they used some advanced laser sculpting process. The clothing was kind of dumpy, and the body sculpt needed some work ( the hands were the same size as the head - no don’t put ur hand in front of ur face to measure it - lol) - As much as I luv and support Hottoys, It has a long line of misses when it comes to making black characters, although it seems as if they r starting to get the hang of it (michael jackson -good work). Don’t know if I should buy this one or wait for a delux version. This is a recession. I can’t afford to buy this one and then have to sell it on ebay when a newer model comes out. And where the hell Is Spidey, Hulk, and a liev shriber “sabertooth ” figure? Waitin for the “ironman 2″ issues to come out- I know that will be a bang up job- Please put out the “widow” and make sure the boobies r correct!!!!

    The main thing about blade is that he is a Vampire and it’s kinda weird that he is not coming with a second head sculpt with his teeth showing. please consider adding a second head sculpt. J
